Product Overview

The DL64R22-19S7-6117 from Deutsch is DL series, MIL-DTL- 83723 series III equivalent jam nut receptacle with 19 contacts. These quick mating DL series connectors are designed for rugged use and high temperatures. DL series connectors have high quality contact retention system, well-proven electrical capability. These are designed to withstand extreme shock, exposure and vibration. They can intermate with Souriau connectors, all MIL-DTL-83723 series III and MIL-DTL-26500 bayonet connectors.
  • 5 keyway, 3 point bayonet coupling with optional keyed polarization shell or rotation of insert
  • High reliability, high density connectors with easy installation
  • Operates at extreme temperature range from -65°C to +200°C
  • Rigid plastic dielectric insulator and silicone based elastomer seal
  • 500 mating cycles, insulation resistance of 5000Mohm at 25°C
  • Salt spray exposure of 48hour when unmated and 452hour for mated connectors
  • Scoop proof and can withstand harsh environment conditions
  • Aluminium alloy body material with olive drab chromate over cadmium plating
  • Copper alloy crimp socket contacts with gold plating
