At element14, we pride ourselves on selling the best quality, brands and service. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to fix the problem.
The benefits given to you by our Returns Policy either reflect our obligations to you under the Australian Consumer Law or are otherwise in addition to the rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Bringing It Back
To make life easy, we have a Returns Department located at our Head Office. Simply contact us within 14 days for a Returns Authorisation Number (RMA), and return the goods in their original packaging to 300 Richmond Road, Greenlane Auckland 1546 New Zealand.
To obtain a Returns Authorisation Number, you can complete an online Request a Return Materials Authorisation form and a Returns Authorisation Number will be emailed to you within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. You can also contact us on 0800 90 80 80 or email email@example.com.
You’ll need to provide the following information:
- Your element14 account number or CID number
- Your order reference number
- The part number(s) you are wanting to return
- The reason for returning the goods (including full detailed description if faulty)
It’s always best to keep your tax invoice, docket or receipt as proof of purchase in case you need to make a return. We’ll give you your refund in the same way that you paid with proof of purchase.
Change Of Mind?
We know that sometimes you receive your purchase maybe it’s the wrong size, wrong part or the wrong idea. As long as you’ve got your proof of purchase and your product is in its original, unopened packaging, we’ll give you a refund or exchange.
If we accept your return after 14 days as “unwanted” or “incorrectly ordered”, you may be subject to a restocking fee of 17.5% of the value of the goods (a minimum charge of $10) at the discretion of element14.
Refunds are processed within 2 -3 days of the product being returned to our Sydney, Australia Warehouse.
When you return a faulty a product to element14, we’ll need to assess it to find out how we can best help you. We’ll do this as quickly as possible with the help of our in-house Technical Experts. However, this process can take up to 14 days when a product needs to be returned to a supplier for further assessment.
