Product Overview

The LM393DT is a low power Dual Voltage Comparator designed specifically to operate from a single supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible. It also has a unique characteristic in that the input common-mode voltage range includes ground even though operated from a single power supply voltage.
  • Very low supply current (0.45mA) independent of supply voltage (1mW/comparator at +5V)
  • 20nA Typical low input bias current
  • ±3nA Typical low input offset current
  • ±1mV Typical low input offset voltage
  • Input common-mode voltage range includes ground
  • 80mV Typical (I sink=4mA) low output saturation voltage
  • Differential input voltage range equal to supply voltage
