Product Overview

The 5C-20 is a 7.77 x 10.8mm Heat Sink made of aluminium with black hard anodized finish. This board level heat sink features vertical mount orientation and is suitable for use with TO-5 and TO-39 device. This finned heat sink features hallow clamp screw to trap the transistor flange against dissipation seating.
