The 983-0S22-19P7-L from Deutsch is 983 series, MIL-DTL-83723 series III equivalent wall mount receptacle with 19 contacts. These high reliability 983 series connectors are designed for harsh environment areas, engines and boosters. 983 series are in accordance with the standards EN 2997, MIL-DTL-83723 series III, NF-L 54143, SAE/AS 39029, EN 3155 and ESC30 for electrical contacts. As per specifications SBAC ESC10 and Boeing BACC63, 983 series electrical connector are intermatable and interchangeable with MIL-DTL-83723 series III, NF-L 54143 and Deutsch 83730 series connectors. The 983 series connectors have anti-rotation, reduced elastomer barriers for use with newer and older generation wires. These connectors are designed to withstand extreme shock, exposure and vibration.
- Five keyway with optional keyway orientation
- Threaded coupling with self locking
- Anti-rotation system on 360° by tightening
- Themo setting, hermetic sintered glass insulator and silicone seal
- Operates at extreme temperature of 200°C
- 500 mating cycles
- Salt spray exposure of 500hour per EN2591-307 standard
- Insulation resistance is greater than 5000Mohm at 260°C and 65% R. H
- Stainless steel body material with passivated finish
- Copper alloy crimp pin contacts with gold plating
