Product Overview

The HMHA2801 is a 1-channel 4-pin half-pitch Phototransistor Optocoupler consists of a gallium-arsenide infrared emitting diode driving a silicon phototransistor. The lead pitch is 1.27mm. It is suitable for digital logic input, microprocessor input, twisted-pair line receiver and telephone line receiver.

  • 50mA Continuous forward current
  • 6V Reverse input voltage
