Product Overview

The THS4131ID is a fully differential input/output Low Noise Amplifier with shutdown function. The THS413x device is one in a family of fully-differential input/differential output devices fabricated using Texas Instruments state-of-the-art BiComI complementary bipolar process. The THS413x is made of a true fully-differential signal path from input to output. This design leads to an excellent common-mode noise rejection and improved total harmonic distortion.
  • Balanced outputs reject common-mode noise
  • Reduced second-harmonic distortion due to differential output
  • -100dB Third harmonic distortion at 250kHz
  • 1.3nV/√Hz Input-referred noise
  • 95dB Typical CMRR
