Product Overview

The TEKT5400S-ASZ is a high sensitive silicon NPN Epitaxial Planar Phototransistor with 2.54mm pin distance (lead to lead), 16mm height of taping. This phototransistor features high radiant sensitivity and a side view lens and daylight blocking filter. Filter bandwidth is matched with 950nm IR emitters. A small recessed lens provides a high sensitivity in a low profile case.
