AD7991YRJZ-1500RL7

AD7991YRJZ-1500RL7 is a low power, successive approximation ADC with an I²C®-compatible interface. It normally remains in a shutdown state, powering up only for conversions. The conversion process is controlled by a command mode, during which each I²C read operation initiates a conversion and returns the result over the I²C bus. It operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V single power supply and features a 1µs conversion time. It is used in application such as system monitoring, battery-powered systems, data acquisition, medical instruments etc.

• Channel-to-channel isolation is −90dB at (fIN = 10KHz)
• Operating temperature is −40°C to +125°C
• Packaging style is 8-lead SOT-23
