Product Overview
AD8170ARZ-R7 is a (2:1) very high-speed buffered multiplexer w/amplifier. This multiplexer offers an internal current feedback output amplifier whose gain can be programmed via external resistors and is capable of delivering 50mA of output current. It offers a -3dB signal bandwidth of 250MHz and a slew rate of greater than 1000V/µs. Additionally, the AD8170 has excellent video specifications with low differential gain and differential phase error of 0.02%, 0.05°, and 0.1dB flatness out to 80MHz. It is used in applications such as pixel Switching for “Picture-In-Picture”, LCD and plasma displays, and video routers.

- Input voltage noise is 10nV/√Hz typical at ( ƒ = 10KHz to 30MHz)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, 8-pin SOIC package
