The Vishay 182 CPHZ series are hybrid polymer aluminum electrolytic capacitors designed for long life and low impedance in a surface-mount (SMD) radial can package. They are suitable for industrial, telecommunications, and IT applications, offering long useful life (up to 10,000 hours at 105°C), high ripple current, and high voltage capabilities up to 80 V. The series features a wide capacitance range from 10 μF to 1500 μF and a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C
- Long useful life: up to 10 000 h at 105 °C
- Very low ESR and high ripple current
- High voltages up to 80 V
- SMD-version with base plate, lead (Pb)-free reflow solderable
- Highest ripple currents up to 2500 mA (at 105 °C, 100 kHz)
- Soldering heat resistant up to 240 °C peak temperature
