Product Overview
BGSX33M5U16E6327XTSA1 is a 3P3T (triple pole triple throw) antenna cross switch with MIPI RFFE control interface. It is a RF CMOS switch specifically designed for LTE and 5G FR1 three-antenna applications. This cross-switch offers low insertion loss and low harmonic generation. The switch is controlled via a MIPI RFFE control interface. The on-chip controller allows power-supply voltages from 1.65V to 1.95V. Unlike GaAs technology, external DC blocking capacitors at the RF ports are only required if DC voltage is applied externally. This switch is widely used in application such as triple antenna routing/swapping for cellular mobile devices, triple antenna routing/swapping for 5G SRS application, GSM, WCDMA, LTE and 5G FR1 applications, SAR reduction, 4x4 MIMO application etc.
