131656-HMC977LP4E is an evaluation board for HMC977LP4EGaAs MMIC I/Q downconverter. The HMC977 is a compact, gallium arsenide (GaAs), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), in-phase and quadrature (I/Q) downconverter in a leadless, surface-mount technology (SMT) package. This device provides a small signal conversion gain of 14dB with a noise figure of 2.5dB and 21dBc of image rejection.
