Product Information
Product Overview
AD5313R a member of the nano DAC® family, is a low power, dual, 10bit buffered voltage output digital-to-analogue converter(DAC). The AD5313R also incorporates a power-on reset circuit and a RSTSEL pin that ensures that the DAC outputs power up to zero scale or midscale and remain there until a valid write occurs. Typical application includes optical transceivers, base station power amplifiers, process control(PLC I/O cards), industrial automation and data acquisition systems.
- ±5ppm/°C (max) reference tempco
- Total unadjusted error (TUE) of ±0.1% of FSR maximum
- ±2LSB INL accuracy
- Offset error of ±1.5mV maximum and gain error of ±0.1% of FSR maximum
- High drive capability of 20mA, 0.5V from supply rails
- User selectable gain of 1 or 2 (GAIN pin)
- Reset to zero scale or midscale (RSTSEL pin)
- 1.8V logic compatibility, 50MHz SPI with readback or daisy chain, low glitch of 0.5nV-sec
- Low power: 3.3mW at 3V and 2.7V to 5.5V power supply
- 16 lead LFCSP-EP package, operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C
