Product Overview
AD5327 is a quad channel, 12bit buffered voltage-output DAC. The references for the four DACs are derived from two reference pins (one per DAC pair). This reference inputs can be configured as buffered or unbuffered inputs. Each part incorporates a power on reset circuit, ensuring that the DAC outputs power upto 0V and remain there until a valid write to the device takes place. There is also an asynchronous active high or low CLR pin that clears all DACs to 0V. The outputs of all DACs can be updated simultaneously using the asynchronous active high or low LDAC input. It is widely used in application such as portable battery-powered instruments, digital gain and offset adjustment, programmable voltage and current sources, programmable attenuators, industrial process control etc.
- Low power operation is 400μA at 3.6V, 500μA at 5V
- Operating power supply is 2.5V to 5.5V
- Guaranteed monotonic by design over all codes
- Power down to 90nA at 3V, 300nA at 5V (LDAC pin)

- Output range is 0V to VREF or 0V to 2VREF, power-on reset to 0V
- Differential nonlinearity is ±1.0LSB, SPI interface, settling time is 8μs
