Product Overview
AD813 is a low power, single supply triple video amplifier. Typical application includes video line driver, LCD drivers, computer video plug-in boards, ultrasound, RGB amplifier and CCD based systems.
- Low cost and easy to use: 50mA output current and output swing to 1V of rails
- Three video amplifiers in one package, optimized for driving cables in video systems
- Excellent video specifications (Rl=150 ohm) and high speed disable function per channel
- Gain flatness 0.1dB to 50MHz, 0.03% differential gain error and 0.06° differential phase error
- Low power: operates on single +3V to ±15V power supplies
- 5.5mA/amplifier max power supply current
- High speed: 125MHz unity gain bandwidth (-3dB)
- 500V/µs slew rate, turn-off time 80ns
- 14 lead NSOIC package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
