AD8182ARZ

AD8182 is a dual high speed 2-to-1 multiplexer. It offers -3dB signal bandwidth greater than 750MHz along with slew rate of 750V/µs. With better than 80dB of crosstalk and isolation, they are useful in many high speed applications. It offers a high speed disable feature allowing the output to be configured into a high impedance state. This allows multiple outputs to be connected together for cascading stages while the “OFF” channels do not load the output bus. It is widely used in application such as pixel switching for “picture-in-picture”, switching in LCD and plasma displays, video switchers and routers etc.

• Fast channel switching is 10ns typ at (IN0 = +1V, IN1 = -1V; RL = 1Kohm)
• Quiescent current is 6.8mA typical
• 0.1dB bandwidth is 100MHz typical at (VIN = 50mV rms, RL = 5Kohm, RS = 0 ohm)
• Differential gain is 0.02% typ at (ƒ = 3.58MHz, RL = 1Kohm)
• Differential phase is 0.02° typical at (ƒ = 3.58MHz, RL = 1Kohm)
• Channel switching transient (glitch) is <lt/>35mV typical
• Low all-hostile crosstalk of -80dB typical at 5MHz
• Operating voltage range is ±4V to ±6V
• Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C, package style is 14-lead NSOIC
