Product Overview
AD8557 is a zero drift, sensor signal amplifier with digitally programmable gain and output offset. Designed to easily and accurately convert variable pressure sensor and strain bridge outputs to a well-defined output voltage range, the AD8557 accurately amplifies many other differential or single-ended sensor outputs. It is suitable for use in automotive sensors, pressure and position sensors, precision current sensing, thermocouple amplifiers, industrial weigh scales, strain gauges applications.
- 2.7V to 5.5V operation
- Stable with any capacitive load
- Single-wire serial interface
- Digitally programmable gain and output offset voltage
- Very low offset voltage: 12μV maximum over temperature
- Very low input offset voltage drift: 65nV/°C maximum
- High CMRR: 96dB minimum at VCM = 0.9V to 3.6V, AV = 1300
- 16 lead LFCSP-EP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
