Product Overview
AD9214 is a 10bit monolithic sampling analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) with an on-chip track-and-hold circuit, and is optimized for low cost, low power, small size, and ease of use. Typical application includes battery-powered instruments, hand-held scope meters, low-cost digital oscilloscopes, ultrasound equipment, cable reverse path, broadband wireless and residential power line networks.
- SNR = 53dB at 39MHz analogue input (-0.5dBFS)
- Low power: 285mW at 105MSPS and ±1LSB/V PSRR
- 30mW power-down mode
- 300MHz analogue bandwidth
- On-chip reference and track/hold
- 1V p-p or 2V p-p analogue input range option
- Single 3.3V supply operation (2.7V to 3.6V)
- Two's complement or offset binary data format option
- 28 lead SSOP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
