ADA4522-4ARZ-R7

ADA4522-4ARZ-R7 is an EMI enhanced, zero drift, ultralow noise, rail-to-rail output operational amplifier. It is a quad channel, zero drift op-amp with low noise and power, ground sensing inputs, and rail-to-rail output, optimized for total accuracy over time, temperature, and voltage conditions. The wide operating voltage and temperature ranges, as well as the high open-loop gain and very low DC and AC errors, make the devices well-suited for amplifying very small input signals and for accurately reproducing larger signals in a wide variety of applications. It is used in applications such as inductance, capacitance, and resistance (LCR) meter/ megohmmeter front-end amplifiers, load cell and bridge transducers, magnetic force balance scales, high precision shunt current sensing, thermocouple/resistance temperature detector (RTD) sensors, programmable logic controller (PLC) input and output amplifiers.

• Single-supply operation: input voltage range includes ground and rail-to-rail output
• Single-supply operation range from 4.5V to 55V, dual-supply operation range from ±2.25V to ±27.5V
• Integrated EMI filter, unity-gain stable, offset voltage is 0.7µV typ at (VCM = VSY/2)
• Input bias current is 50pA typical at (VSY = 5.0V, VCM = VSY/2 V, TA = 25°C)
• Common-mode rejection ratio is 145dB typical at (VCM = 0V to 3.5V, VSY = 5.0V, VCM = VSY/2V)
• Large signal voltage gain is 145dB typical at (RL = 10Kohm, VOUT = 0.5V to 4.5V)
• Supply current per amplifier is 830µA typical at (IOUT = 0mA, VSY = 5.0V, VCM = VSY/2 V, TA = 25°C)
• Slew rate is 1.4V/µs typical at (RL = 10Kohm, CL = 50pF, AV = 1)
• Gain bandwidth product is 2.7MHz typical at (VIN = 10mV p-p, RL = 10Kohm, CL = 50pF, AV = 100)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 14-lead SOIC package
