Product Overview
ADA4666-2ARMZ-RL is a dual, rail-to-rail input/output amplifier optimized for low power, high bandwidth, and wide operating supply voltage range applications. Theis device's performance is guaranteed at 3V, 10V, and 18V power supply voltages. It is an excellent selection for applications that use single-ended supplies of 3.3V, 5V, 10V, 12V, and 15V, and dual supplies of ±2.5V, ±3.3V, and ±5V. It is used in applications such as current shunt monitors, active filters, portable medical equipment, buffer/level shifting, high impedance sensor interfaces, battery powered instrumentation.
- Single-supply operation range from 3V to 18V
- Dual-supply operation range from ±1.5V to ±9V
- Offset voltage is 2.2mV maximum at (VSY = 18V, VCM = VSY/2V, TA = 25°C)
- Offset voltage drift is 0.6μV/°C typical at (VSY = 18V, VCM = VSY/2V, TA = 25°C)
- Input bias current is 15pA typical at (VSY = 18V, VCM = VSY/2V, TA = 25°C)
- Gain bandwidth product is 4MHz typ at (VIN = 10mV p-p, RL = 10kohm, CL = 10pF, AV = 100)
- Unity-gain crossover is 4MHz typ at (VIN = 10mV p-p, RL = 10kohm, CL = 10pF, AVO = 1)
- 2.1MHz typical -3dB closed-loop bandwidth at (VIN = 10mV p-p, RL = 10kohm, CL = 10pF, AV = 1)
- Settling time to 0.1% is 1.3µs typ at (VIN = 1V step, RL = 10kohm, CL = 10pF)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C, package style is 8-lead MSOP
