Product Overview
ADA4922-1 is a high voltage, differential 18bit ADC driver that have differential input ranges upto ±20V. Configured as an easy-to-use, single-ended to-differential amplifier, the ADA4922-1 requires no external components to drive ADCs. This provides essential benefits such as low distortion and high SNR that are required for driving ADCs with resolutions up to 18bits. With a wide supply voltage range (5V to 26V), high input impedance, and fixed differential gain of 2, the ADA4922-1 is designed to drive ADCs found to in a variety of applications, including industrial instrumentation. It is manufactured on Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary, second-generation XFCB process that enables the amplifier to achieve excellent noise and distortion performance on high supply voltages. Application includes high voltage data acquisition systems, industrial instrumentation, spectrum analysis, ATE, medical instruments.

- No external gain components required
- Low output-referred offset voltage is 1.1mV maximum at (VS = ±12V, TA = 25°C)
- Low input bias current is 3.5μA maximum at (VS = ±12V, TA = 25°C)
- Can produce differential output signals in excess of 40V p-p
- 38MHz typical at -3dB bandwidth at (G = +2, VO = 0.2V p-p, differential)
- 8 lead LFCSP package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
