ADF4360-3BCPZ

ADF4360-3 is a fully integrated integer-N synthesizer and voltage controlled oscillator (VCO). It is designed for a centre frequency of 1750MHz. Control of all the on-chip registers is through a simple 3-wire interface. The device operates with a power supply ranging from 3V to 3.6V and can be powered down when not in use. Application includes wireless handsets (DECT, GSM, PCS, DCS, WCDMA), test equipment, wireless LANs, CATV equipment.

• Frequency range from 1600MHz to 1950MHz, 3V to 3.6V power supply range
• 1600MHz minimum VCO output frequency (CORE = 15mA, AVDD = DVDD = VVCO = 3.3V ± 10%)
• Divide-by-2 output
• 1.8V logic compatibility, integer-N synthesizer
• Programmable dual-modulus prescaler 8/9, 16/17, 32/33
• Programmable output power level, 3-wire serial interface
• Analog and digital lock detect, hardware and software power-down mode
• 8MHz maximum phase detector frequency (AVDD = DVDD = VVCO = 3.3V ± 10%)
• Typical output power is -12/-3dBm (programmable in 3dB steps)
• 24 lead LFCSP package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
