Product Overview
ADM692A is a family of a supervisory circuit that offers complete single-chip solutions for power supply monitoring and battery control functions in microprocessor systems. These functions include µP reset, backup battery switchover, watchdog timer, and power failure warning. The family of products is fabricated using an advanced epitaxial CMOS process combining low power consumption and high reliability. RESET active high assertion is guaranteed with VCC as low as 1V. Application includes microprocessor systems, computers, controllers and intelligent instruments.

- Typical battery switchover threshold is 20mV (power up, VBATT=+2.8V, TA=TMIN to TMAX)
- Minimum RESET output voltage is 0.8V (ISOURCE=4µA, VCC=1.1V)
- Typical PFI input threshold is 1.20V (VBATT=+2.8V, TA=TMIN to TMAX)
- SO-8 package
- Temperature rating range from -40°C to +85°C
