Product Information
Product Overview
ADM809 is a supervisory circuit that monitor the power supply voltage in microprocessor systems. They provide a reset output during power-up, power-down, and brownout conditions. On power-up, an internal timer holds reset asserted for 240ms. This holds the microprocessor in a reset state until conditions have stabilized. The reset comparator features built-in glitch immunity, making it immune to fast transients on VCC. It is widely used in application such as microprocessor systems computers, controllers, intelligent instruments etc.
- Specified over temperature
- Low power consumption is 17μA
- Operating voltage range is 1.0V to 5.5V
- Reset assertion down to 1V VCC
- Power-on reset is 140ms minimum
- Push-pull RESET output
- Reset threshold temperature coefficient is 30ppm/°C
- Supply current is 24μA typ
- Reset threshold is 2.93V
- Operating temperature is −40°C to +125°C, packaging style is 3-lead SOT-23
