Product Overview
ADRV9003 is a highly integrated RF transceiver that has a single-channel transmitter, dual-channel receivers, integrated synthesizers, and digital signal processing functions. It is a high performance, highly linear, high dynamic range transceiver designed for performance vs. power consumption system optimization. The device is configurable and ideally suited to demanding, low power, portable and battery powered equipment. It operates from 30MHz to 6000MHz and covers the UHF, VHF, industrial, scientific, and medical (ISM) bands, and cellular frequency bands in narrow-band (KHz) and wideband operation upto 40MHz. I tis capable of both TDD and FDD operation. It is widely used in application such as mission critical communications, very high frequency (VHF), ultrahigh frequency (UHF), and cellular to 6GHz, time division duplexing (TDD) and frequency division duplexing (FDD) applications etc.

- Output impedance is 50 ohm typ at (VDDA-1P0 = 1V, VDDA-1P3 = 1.3V)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C
- Package style is 196-ball chip scale ball grid array [CSP-BGA]
