Product Overview
ADUM340E0WBRWZ is a quad-channel digital isolator based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and back-to-back monolithic air core transformer technology, this isolation component provide outstanding performance characteristics and meet CISPR 32/EN 55032 Class B limits at 5Mbps. The maximum propagation delay is 10ns with a pulse width distortion of less than 3ns at 5V operation. Channel matching is tight at 3ns maximum. It is approved by UL recognition: 5700V rms for 1 minute per UL 1577, DIN V VDE V 0884-11 (VDE V 0884-11):2017-01, VIORM = 1173V peak, 10,000V peak reinforced surge isolation voltage. It is used in applications such as serial peripheral interface (SPI) data converter isolation, RS-485 and controller area network with flexible data rate (CAN FD) industrial field bus isolation, PWM controller signal isolation, general-purpose multichannel isolation.
