DS1819CR-10+T&R

The DS1819CR-10+T&R is a 3.3V MicroMonitor in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This device monitors three vital conditions for microprocessor such as power supply, software execution and external override. A precision temperature compensated reference and comparator circuit monitors the status of VCC. When an out of tolerance condition occurs, an internal power fail signal forces reset to active state. The reset signal is kept in active state for a minimum of 140ms to allow the power supply and processor to stabilize when VCC returns to an in tolerance condition. The DS1819C performs pushbutton reset control. It debounces the pushbutton input and generates an active reset pulse width of 140ms minimum. It is pin and function compatible with MAX823/24/25 devices.
