EV1HMC525ALC4 is an evaluation board for HMC525ALC4 I/Q mixer. HMC525ALC4 is a compact gallium arsenide (GaAs), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), in phase quadrature (I/Q) mixer. The device can be used as either an image reject mixer or a single sideband (SSB) upconverter.

- Conversion loss of 8dB (typical)
- Input IP3 of 20dBm (typical)
- LO to RF isolation of 47dB (typical)
- IF frequency range from DC to 3.5GHz
