EV1HMC6505ALC5 is an evaluation board for HMC6505A GaAs, MMIC, I/Q upconverter. HMC6505A is a compact gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic (pHEMT), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) upconverter in a RoHS compliant package that operates from 5.5GHz to 8.6GHz. This device provides a small signal conversion gain of 15dB with 22dBc of sideband rejection.

- Output IP3 at maximum gain of 35dBm typical
- LO to RF isolation: 4dB typical
- LO to IF isolation: 9dB typical
- RF return loss: 20dB typical
