Product Overview
EV1HMC788ALP2 is an HMC788ALP2 evaluation board with conical biasing inductor. EV1HMC788ALP2 is populated with components suitable for use over the entire -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range of the HMC788ALP2E. To calibrate board trace losses, a through calibration path is provided. The through calibration path must be populated with RF connectors before use. The HMC788A is a 0.01GHz to 10GHz, gain block, monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) amplifier using gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT) technology.
