Product Overview
HMC-C088 is a successive detection log video amplifier (SDLVA) which operates from 1 to 20GHz. This product comes standard with two female SMA field replaceable connectors but can also be used with blind mate SMP connectors or as a drop-in module. Typical application includes EW, ELINT and IFM receivers, DF radar systems, ECM systems, broadband test and measurement, power measurement and control circuits, military and space applications.
- Internal voltage regulation, hermetically sealed module
- Input frequency range from 1 to 20GHz (typ, TA = +25°C Vdc = +12V)
- Frequency flatness is ±2dB (typ, pin= -30dBm, TA = +25°C, Vdc = +12V)
- Log linearity is ±1dBm (typ, Pin= -50dBm to +0dBm, TA = +25°C)
- Log linearity over temperature is ±1dB (typ, -55 to +85°C, Pin= -30dBm)
- Minimum logging range is -54dB (typ, to ±3dB error, TA = +25°C Vdc = +12V)
- Input return loss is 9dB (typ, TA = +25°C Vdc = +12V)
- Log video minimum output voltage is 0.9V (typ, TA = +25°C Vdc = +12V)
- Vdc voltage range is 12V (typ, 7 to 16, TA = +25°C Vdc = +12V)
- 16 lead LFCSP-EP package, operating temperature range from -55 to +85°C
