HMC284AMS8GE is a low cost SPDT switch. The design has been optimized to provide high isolation with minimal insertion loss for medium and low power applications. On-chip circuitry allows positive voltage control operation at very low DC currents with control inputs compatible with CMOS and most TTL logic families. In the “OFF” state, RF1 and RF2 are non-reflective. It is widely used in application such as cellular/PCS base stations, 2.4GHz ISM, 3.5GHz wireless local loop etc.

• Isolation is 45dB typical at (DC - 2GHz, TA = +25°C)
• Non-reflective design
• Input power for 1dB compression is 30dBm typical at (0.5GHz - 1GHz, TA = +25°C)
• Input third order intercept is 50dBm typical at (0.5GHz - 1GHz, TA = +25°C)
• Switching speed is 5ns typical at (TA = +25°C, Vctl = 0/+5Vdc)
• Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C
• Package style is MSOP8G
