Product Overview
HSC-ADC-EVALCZ is a FPGA-based data capture kit. This is a high speed converter evaluation platform (HSC-ADC-EVALC) includes the latest version of VisualAnalog and an FPGA-based buffer memory board to capture blocks of digital data from the Analog Devices high speed analogue to digital converter (ADC) evaluation boards. The ADC capture board is connected to the PC through a USB port and is used with VisualAnalog to quickly evaluate the performance of high speed ADCs. Users can view an FFT for a specific analogue input and encode rate to analyse SNR, SINAD, SFDR and harmonic information.

- 64KB FIFO depth, use with VisualAnalog® software, works with single and multi-channel ADCs
- Supports 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V CMOS and LVDS interfaces and simple USB port interface (2.0)
- Measures performance with VisualAnalog
- Based on Virtex-4 FPGA
- May require adaptor to interface with some ADC eval boards
- Allows programming of SPI control up to 644MSPS SDR/800MSPS DDR encode rates on each channel
- DDR encode rates on each channel
- FPGA reconfigurable via JTAG, on-board EPROM, or USB
- Compatible with Windows 98 (2nd edition), Windows 2000, Windows ME and Windows XP
