Product Overview
LTC1446L is a dual 12-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC). It is complete with a rail-to-rail voltage output amplifier, an internal reference and an easy-to-use 3-wire cascadable serial interface. The low power supply current makes the device ideal for battery-powered applications. It is widely used in application such as digital calibration, industrial process control, automatic test equipment, cellular telephones etc.
- Differential nonlinearity is ±0.2LSB typ
- Supply current is 650µA typ
- Voltage output settling time is 14µs typ at (±0.5LSB)
- Power-on reset clears DACs to 0V, low cost
- Schmitt trigger on input allows direct optocoupler interface
- Voltage output slew rate is 1V/µs
- Operating temperature is 0°C to 70°C
- Packaging style is 8-lead plastic SO
