Product Overview
LTC2305 is a low noise, low power, 2-channel, 12bit successive approximation ADC with an I2C compatible serial interface. This ADC includes an internal reference and a fully differential sample-and hold circuit to reduce common mode noise. Typical applications include industrial process control, motor control, accelerometer measurements, battery operated instruments, isolated and/or remote data acquisition and power supply monitoring.
- Single 5V supply
- Low power of 1.5mW at 1Ksps, 35μW sleep mode
- 14Ksps throughput rate
- Low noise of SNR = 73.5dB, ±1LSB INL and ±1LSB DNL
- Guaranteed no missing codes
- 2-wire I2C compatible serial interface with 9 addresses plus one global for synchronization
- Fast conversion time of 1.3μs
- Unipolar or bipolar input ranges (software selectable)
- 12 lead MSOP package
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
