Product Overview
LTC2635CMSE-LZ10#PBF is a 10bit, voltage-output DAC with an integrated, high-accuracy, low-drift reference. LTC2635-L has rail-to-rail output buffers and is guaranteed monotonic. LTC2635-L has a full-scale output of 2.5V and operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply. These DACs communicate via a 2-wire I²C-compatible serial interface. It operates in both the standard mode (clock rate of 100KHz) and the fast mode (clock rate of 400KHz). It incorporates a power-on reset circuit. Applications include mobile communications, process control and industrial automation, power supply margining, portable equipment, and automotive.

- Reset to zero-scale in internal reference mode, 10bit resolution
- Double-buffered data latches, differential nonlinearity is ±0.5LSB maximum
- Integral nonlinearity is ±0.2LSB typical at (VCC = 3V, internal ref, TA = 25°C)
- Gain error is ±0.2%FSR typical at (VCC = 3V, internal ref, TA = 25°C)
- Power supply rejection ratio is -80dB typical at (VCC = 3V ±10% or 5V ±10%)
- Positive supply voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V, supply current is 0.5mA typ at (VCC = 3V)
- Multiplying bandwidth is 320KHz typical at (TA = 25°C, VCC = 2.7V to 5.5V)
- Output voltage noise is 35µVP-P typical at (0.1Hz to 10Hz, external reference)
- Commercial temperature range from 0°C to 70°C, 10-lead MSOP package
