Product Overview
The MAX6386XS26D2+T is a single low voltage, low power microprocessor (µP) reset circuit in 4 pin SC-70 package. This microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuit monitors power supply voltage ranging from +1.8V to +5V while consuming only 3µA of supply current at +1.8V. Whenever VCC falls below the factory-set reset thresholds, the reset output asserts and remains asserted for a minimum reset timeout period after VCC rises above the reset threshold. It has an open-drain active-low reset output and debounced manual reset input (with internal pull-up resistor). Typical application includes computers, controllers, intelligent instruments, critical microprocessor (µP) and microcontroller (µC) power monitoring, portable/battery powered equipment and dual voltage systems.
- Operating voltage range from 1V to 5.5V, VCC supply current is 7µA at VCC = 5.5V, no load
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- Reset threshold voltage is 2.63V
- ±2.5% reset threshold accuracy over temperature (-40°C to +125°C)
- Maximum reset timeout delay is 20ms
- Reset output state is valid to VCC = 1V
- Negative going VCC transient immunity
- Low power consumption of 6µA at +3.6V and 3µA at +1.8V
- Reset threshold tempco is 60ppm/°C, VCC to reset delay is 35µs
