Product Overview
The MAX8213BCSE+ is a complete microprocessor (µP) voltage monitor in 16 pin NSOIC package. It contains four precision voltage comparators capable of monitoring under voltage and overvoltage conditions for both positive and negative supplies. An accurate trip point setting is facilitated by the internal 1.25V reference, a fifth comparator channel monitors microprocessor voltages and generates delayed reset signals. It is suitable for driving LEDs or for circuits where outputs need to be wire-ORed. Typical applications includes microprocessor voltage monitoring, precision battery monitoring, over/under/window voltage detection, industrial controllers, appliances, telephones, PC, mobile radios, portable instruments, automotive and industrial equipment's.
- Supply voltage range is 2.7V to 11V
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to +70°C
- 4 precision comparators plus auxiliary comparator
- Built-in hysteresis
- Internal 1.25V reference with 0.75% initial accuracy
- Controlled comparator response for glitch immunity
- Maximum supply current over temperature is 33µA
- Active-low open-drain reset output
- ±1% trip level accuracy
