Product Overview
REF191 is a precision micropower low dropout voltage (LDV) reference. It has a precision band gap voltage reference which uses a patented temperature drift curvature correction circuit and laser trimming of highly stable, thin-film resistors to achieve a very low temperature coefficient and high initial accuracy. It is mainly used in application such as portable instruments, ADCs and DACs, smart sensors, solar powered applications, loop-current-powered instruments.

- Low supply current is 50μA maximum
- Sleep mode is 15μA maximum
- Low dropout voltage, operating temperature range is −55°C to +125°C
- Short-circuit protection
- Initial accuracy is2.046V to 2.050V
- Line regulation is 2ppm/V to 4ppm/V (at 25°C)
- Load regulation is 4ppm/mA to 11ppm/mA (at 25°C)
- Package style is 8-lead standard small outline package [SOIC-N]
