The 9575.00305 from Belden is a Fire Alarm, Power-Limited Fire Protective Signaling Circuit Cable featuring two 16 AWG solid bare copper cores that are PVC insulated, screened with an overall Beldfoil® aluminium/polyester tape shield and a Red PVC outer jacket, FPLR.
