Product Overview

The LPS3314-222MRB is a surface mount shielded Power Inductor with ferrite core. This inductor features matte tin over nickel over silver terminations and is resistance to soldering heat maximum three 40 seconds reflows at +260°C, parts cooled to room temperature between cycles. This inductor features moisture sensitivity level (MSL) of 1, failures in time (FIT)/mean time between failures (MTBF) is 38 per billion hours/26,315,789 hours, calculated per Telcordia SR-332 and tested with pure water or alcohol only. DC current that causes the specified inductance drop from its value without current and inductance tested at 100kHz, 0.1Vrms, 0Adc using an Agilent/HP 4192A impedance analyser or equivalent.
