DFLS1100Q-7 is a high-voltage, Schottky barrier rectifier. It is designed to meet the stringent requirements of automotive applications. It is ideally suited for use as: polarity protection diode, re-circulating diode, switching diode.
- Guard ring die construction for transient protection
- Low power loss, high efficiency
- Patented interlocking clip design for high surge current capacity
- AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable
- RMS reverse voltage is 71V at TA=+25°C
- Average forward current is 1.0A at TA=+25°C
- Reverse breakdown voltage is 100V min at IR=1mA, TA=+25°C
- Leakage current is 0.1µA max at VR=50V, TA=+25°C
- POWERDI®123 package
- Operating and storage temperature range from -55 to +175°C
