Product Overview
TLV431AE5TA is a 1.24V cost-effective shunt regulator. This three-terminal, adjustable shunt regulator offers excellent temperature stability and output current handling capability upto 20mA. The output voltage may be set to any chosen voltage between 1.24V and 18V by selection of two external divider resistors. The TLV431 can be used as a replacement for zener diodes in many applications requiring an improvement in zener performance.
- Low-voltage operation VREF = 1.24V
- Reference voltage is 1.24V typical at (VKA = VREF, TA = +25°C)
- Off state current is 0.1µA maximum at (VKA = 18V, VREF = 0V)
- Dynamic output impedance is 0.4 ohm maximum at (VKA = VREF, f = <lt/>1JKHz, IK = 0.1mA to 15mA)
- Reference input current is 0.15µA typical at (R1 = 10Kohm, R2 = OC)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- SOT25 package
