ZLLS350TA is a low leakage schottky diode. It offers an ideal low VF /IR performance combined with a low package height, making this device suitable for various converter, charger and LED driver circuits.

- Continuous forward current is 380mA at TA = 25°C
- Average peak forward current is 650mA at duty cycle = 50%, TA = 25°C

- Reverse breakdown voltage is 53V at IR = 100 µA, TA = 25°C
