CR 11 is a lead free solder paste for all SMD applications. Not to be mixed with leaded material
- Lead-free no clean Paste
- Superior definition
- Easy soldering of lead-free soldering joints when compared to lead-free soldering wire
- No globule or spatter formation
- Excellent suitability for fine pitch applications
- Perfect soldering results with hot air tools and soldering irons
- Conical dosing needles in various sizes available
- Solder paste alloy contains Bismuth, thus allowing lower temperatures than usual SnCuAg alloys
- Syringe Volume: 5ml - Supplied with 2.5ml paste
- Melting temperature: 215°C to 260°C
