The 391.16VE is a semi-flush electrician Diagonal Cutter designed to cleanly cut through all types wire such as hard wire, thin copper wires and modern materials. It is made of high durability chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel. It is tested at 10000V for 10 seconds, at the end of the manufacturing cycle.
