The SKW20N60 is a Fast IGBT in NPT-technology with soft, fast recovery anti-parallel emitter controlled diode. Infineon provides a huge IGBT portfolio addressing soft switching/resonant and hard switching topologies. It is suitable for the general purpose inverters, solar inverters, UPS, induction heating, microwave oven, rice cookers, welding and SMPS segments.
