Product Overview
TLE49641MXTMA1 is a high-precision automotive unipolar hall effect switch. It is designed specifically for highly accurate applications with superior supply voltage capability, operating temperature range and temperature stability of the magnetic thresholds. Target applications for the TLE496x hall switch family are all applications that require a high-precision hall switch with an operating temperature range from -40°C to 170°C. Its superior supply voltage range from 3.0V to 32V with overvoltage capability (e.g. load-dump) up to 42V without an external resistor makes it ideally suited for automotive and industrial applications. The TLE4964-1M is a unipolar switch with a typical operating point BOP = 18mT and a hysteresis of BHYS = 5.5mT. It is ideally suited for various position detection applications.
