7078-TRX-3-AU is a 0.9m low noise triax cable terminated at both ends in 3-slot male triax connectors. It is suitable for use with the 237, 2635A, 2636A SMUs, 6220, 6221, 6487 picoammeters and 6514, 6517A and 6517B electrometers.
